Having problem with ReportViewer on client machine (could not load type 'microsoft.reporting.localmodesecurityvalidatorcallback' from assembly 'microsoft.reportviewer.common, version=9.0.0.0,)

Getting error when trying to load a ReportViewer report on client machine, could not load type 'microsoft.reporting.localmodesecurityvalidatorcallback' from assembly 'microsoft.reportviewer.common, version=9.0.0.0,

Also I loaded ReportViewer SP1 redistributable on development machine, with no effect.
